No one in their right mind has ever taken the talent below solar beam, I can’t even recall it’s name. On top of that, most other classes have their kick in the general tree (including Feral).
My suggestion would be moving the talent over to the general tree and making the second talent remove the aoe silence and lower the cooldown to 24/15/whatever seconds. Call it something like “Focal Point”
Solar Beam is a wonderful tool in premade groups, but the amount of boomies playing in premade groups is probably a single digit % of boomies.
