It has been almost a week since the release of the pre-expansion patch and the shoulder enchant “Bloodhunter” hasn’t been working at all. I have tried killing different enemies to receive my Blood Quarries, but nothing. I tried on a different character with shoulders from the Legion expansion, but same result no drops at all.

They no longer work it seems, tested it as well on different characters with different boons.
Hey Naarv,
The boon enchants seem to have a max item level that they can be used now. This should be updated in a future patch.
