It is a bit high given how quickly you hit max level these days.
ye if you boost to 70 for that kind of cash you have either issues, or too much money.

It kinda also targets the illegal market offering to boost your toons for money methinks.
But it is as the others said, it is laid out upfront what you’ll get for how much and you really don’t need it or anything else in the shop for Retail. Especially levelling is very quick nowadays.
It’s expensive enough to discourage people from using it every time they make and new character. If it was cheaper people wouldn’t level
It’s a scam for those who do use the service 
You also get enough from buying expansions every time. I still have two boosts that I could use on historic Roleplay characters but afterwards I am actually running out of ideas what to use them for.
