Hello guys
I boosted a level 4 shaman last night and got all the goodies; however, I don’t have the riding skill required to use my new mounts. I see that I am not the only one with this issue and really don’t want to buy the skill with gold, because I am 99% sure it won’t be returned. Is this something that is worked upon? Or should we just cough up the gold and know better?
Same here. Boosted a level 7 and didnt get riding skill either 
Made an ingame ticket about the issue right away, no response yet though.
I’m also experiencing this issue. I sent a ticket but I haven’t received a response yet
The skill is not included, you have to buy it with gold.

It includes, I boosted and got riding skill (apprentice), so, try to communicate with support.
I’ve sent three tickets about this and it still hasn’t been fixed. Get it sorted Blizz.
