We have been waiting for the World of Warcraft TBC Anniversary servers for the past three days, and during this time we have encountered multiple issues.
We were explicitly informed that the Level 58 boost could be used on Draenei and Blood Elf characters, and based on this information we purchased the related package. However, at the moment, the boost cannot be used on any character at all.
This situation has caused significant frustration and feels misleading, as the product was purchased based on the information provided by Blizzard. We are currently unable to access a feature we paid for.
We would appreciate a clear and official explanation regarding this issue, as well as information on when this problem will be resolved.
I can’t even complete the purchase — not a single boost or even the Epic Pack.
I should mention that I already own the Epic Pack from the 2021 TBC release, so I can use the green Phase Hunter mount, the Dark Portal Hearthstone, etc.
However, I’d really like to purchase the boost, but I can’t complete the payment.
Im extremely frustrated as well. Payed more for this character boost than a new triple A game and I still cant play, because boost doesn’t work. No point in starting a lvl 1 when you know that you will use the boost to play with higher level friends. It’s really not good enough blizz.. please fix it today and not tomorrow morning - only got tonight to play for the rest of the week
Yep went to work excited, came back handed over £50. Had a few hours spare, Didn’t get what I paid for, bed time soon, up at early hour back to work to payback the £50 I just handed over. The cycle still continues… thanks Blizzard… honestly thank you so much for:)
It’s outrageous to charge 80 euros for a leveling boost that doesn’t work. You could have bought an entire game for that. FIX THIS, BLIZZARD. IMMEDIATELY. You don’t charge money for something that doesn’t work.
Guys. I know its not working. But many of you bought boost and can’t use it. But i tried to buy and can’t even buy it. Now when i try again it says pruchases pending. I tried several times. Now i am sh*t afraid that when they fix it i will buy 3-4 boost at the same time. Is that possible?
I am also in a weird situation. In addition to not being able to use boost on my other account at all, once it gets fixed I won’t be able to use it for a simple reason Horde characters are barred from creation on Spineshatter and the only reason I purchased boost is to play with my friends who have a Horde character. Dumb situation to be in.
