Boosted character do not have access to BFA mission table?

I used a boosting token on a Alliance Priest(Shadomane is the name) yesterday, and am unable to use the mission table on the boat in BFA.
Currently close to finishing the war campaign, only mission “The Strike on Zuldazar” achievement.
Talking to Mathias Shaw only gives me option to “Stay a while an listen” “recruits troops” and a pvp mission.
Alleria Windrunner is standing next to him and the table, but her BFA upgrades are also unable to be choosen, the window is greyed out.
When clicking on the table I only get up an map of kul tiras with nothing else on it.
Any help please?

You need to complete War Cache quest(gather 100 War Resources).

As I’ve understood that quest is already finished, or at least I do not have any quest by that name, but I do remember it from previous characters.

Also I finished the “Ready for War” Achievement, and got the quest “Champion: Shandris Feathermoon” which unlocked another follower, but even so the Mission Command Table in Boralus still opens an empty map of Kul Tiras. And still no upgrades from Alleria Windrunner.

But It might be linked to the release of Shadowlands maybe?

I also have the same problem. Cannot get “War Cache” quest, cannot access Mission Table and other things after boost to lvl 50. I’ve already made a ingame ticket but still no answer
