Hey all. I returned to WoW and boosted a character. It comes with 5 tiers of dragonriding talents, but Icy Veins has a guide that shows 9 tiers. But it also says “The Dragonriding Talent tree consists of nine rows of perks and contains seven Dragonriding abilities unlocked by doing the campaign”, so does this mean I have to complete the Dragonflight expansion campaign to use the dragonriding properly in The War Within?
I’ve collected some of the glyphs but it still says 0 on the talent pane.

That is out of date now. (You know when they call it "Dragonriding"instead of “Skyriding” 
It was simpified and renamed after Dragonflight.
This is what your Skyriding talents should look like now:
You do not need to do the campaign or gather glyphs for Skyriding now. There is an achievement for completing the glyphs, but they no longer do anything.
You just saved me a lot of time and annoyance, lol. I got an achievement for collecting all the glyphs in one of the zones so I’ll probably come back and get the rest later and forget about it for now. Thanks Gráinne!
