Boosted class hall potential bug

Hey all, desperately hoping someone can shed some light on my current situation since this is currently causing rapid hair loss to me right now.

I have a very confusing issue and I don’t normally run to the forums like this but I genuinely don’t know what else to do.

I entirely skipped legion due to some personal reasons and came back recently. I decided I would use my 110 boost for purchasing BfA on a druid and have loved playing the class for a while now. However, when patch 8.3 rolled out I lost my motivation to raid and decided to rather go back and do some of the old content. At this point I noticed that despite having the default artifact appearance unlocked for tmog I couldn’t enter the class order hall nor was there the usual pop-up npc in Dalaran to give me the quest chain.

In an attempt to wipe my own bottom instead of run crying to the forums or opening a ticket I looked up the quest ID and used /script print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(40643)) only to find that apparently the quest from Dalaran to unlock the order hall had been completed, but the next quest in the chain had not. This became an issue when the NPC (who was supposed to relocate to Moonglade) hadn’t spawned for me. Now I have no idea how to fix this issue or did I just completely miss some vital step along the way?

Any advice would be extremely welcome, and sorry for the long winded explanation, just hoping to make things as easy for anyone able to help as possible.

Have you looked in your spellbooks general tab for the teleport to your order hall? That’s how druids get to theirs

To the best of my knowledge you use dreamwalk and then head through the correct portal? If thats not correct I dont have the spell. Also using that script i found that the 1st quest was completed but the 2nd in the unlock chain wasn’t marked as complete while npc that gives the quest hadn’t spawned.

i have exactly the same problem i have been trying for weeks now, i even put in a ticket but they just linked pages very similar to the ones i have already read, and a quest tracker but as you say the npc to give the quest does not have one for me i am at my wits end, this is relating to my sons druid not mine

So you should either have the spell: Dreamwalk (To go to Dreamgrove (Class orderhall)) or Teleport Moonglade. Once you’ve completed quest: 40643 ( A Summons from Moonglade) You need to go to Moonglade and accept “To The Dreamgrove” - https://www.wowhead.com/quest=40645/to-the-dreamgrove from Malfurion Stormrage. Now since you’re higher level you probably can’t see the quest. You can either track hidden quests from your minimap or head to around 66.8, 60.4.
