I boosted my hunter for TBC Classic, but I cant find pet spellbook page, pet trainer appears to say that i have all talents learned. I tried to change pet twice (from boosted wolf to bat and then to cat), none of them had changed anything. I tried to respec them, did not fix the problem. Is this a bug or am i missing something ?

There’s something called “beast training” in the character spellbook, in the general tab. Has a slingshot as an icon. If you click that a page opens with skills you can teach your pet.
Keep in mind that some skills have to be learned by taming beasts in the world and fighting with them for a while before you can teach your main pet.
