there are no more progress in game, RTM and boosters are more than players. que in solo shuffle ? no one play that. try to play a m+ in lower keys ? no one play that. people buy boost and that’s it. no one progress anymore.
Define lower keys, or even try posting on your main- With 393ilvl, you sint going nowhere apart from normal mode dungeons at a push
I’m afraid I simply don’t see it myself. I raided with my guild. I progressed the raid.
It is however the end of the season. Take up of everything will be lower than it was at the start.
I still do not see your point other than you seem to disagree with the ability to buy boosts for gold. That is you prerogative ofc.

Pfff I can tank 12s at 393 
I did a ton of low and mid keys while gearing up this shaman, all just within the past three-ish weeks. There were always keys, even at 3am at night. By “low” I mean +6 and up. There’s no reason to do anything lower than than.
Whenever we’ve had one of those weekly quests to do four mythic dungeons I usually queue up to any +2-5 keys. I just want to do the quest fast and they just want my damage.
I know you can, ive been in a few groups with you - my comment was more about inexperienced players
