This is sort of a minor issue but I thought I’d mention, but I recently made a Demon Hunter class trial, and then subsequently boosted it, and I didn’t get the Felsaber DH class mount along the way.
Forgive me if I incorrectly assume you are a new or returning player.
If this is your first DH ever, considering that many, if not most of the mounts in game are account wide unlocks, perhaps you could try creating another character of the class completely fresh and simply unlock the mount in question the regular way. I believe you unlock it within the first five minutes of the introductory quest experience and if everything goes as intended, theoretically your main boosted DH should be allowed full access as well.
There’s been one bug with the Felsaber but I will be cautiously optimistic in believing that it has been fixed by now. If this is not the case I would suggest seeking in-game support.

Acquiring this mount during the Demon Hunter intro quests does not unlock it for the rest of the characters on your account.
(it should still be an account wide unlock with a class restriction)
I’m curious to hear if this may also be happening to DHs in Legion Remix considering newly characters spawn on Dalaran helipad, which would deny them questing through Mardum.
