Boosting... WHERE does it end?

Love reading all these posts from these cry babies, raging that blizzard are changing some stuff in THIER OWN GAME, then they are all getting butt hurt for whatever stupid reason they can think of, really cracks me up how sad some people’s life must be :joy:

Ouch, talking about over- generalising. Just because you dislike stuff that’s new doesn’t make it bad or for people, as you so eloquently put it, who have the attention span of a goldfish. You might look inward because a LOT of stuff that’s being released in gaming alone is very good, and this is coming from someone who is above 30 years. Ofc I’m not talking about games like Fortnite but to state that literally every piece of music, game, (book?) or movie is trash makes you sound like a very bitter old person who is just angry because his life sucks.

Oh and before you start: I’m not at all insulted by what you wrote, I’m at the stage of my life where I have a decent amount of time and money to buy what I want and it’s thrilling that there’s loads of new games coming out that catch my interest. I just feel sad for you, and looking at your stance on the boost it kinda makes sense now I read this. Hope you get better soon mate.

I will buy the boost for convenience sake.
I have yet to level trough classic and I will once the Draenai are released.
But for another Char? I’m happily using the boost that comes with the deluxe edition.

I buy it or not buy not decided yet but not care how some random player feel about it. My money and i decide how to use it. If someone thinks that its stupid spend for deluxe well dont buy it you dont have to.

I would prefer if boosts were not introduced. I did not level a character to 60 in Classic and will probably buy the boost since it’s available. However, it makes me feel that I haven’t really earned it. I feel it destroys the work other people have done leveling and gearing their characters, when I can just swipe my CC and go. However, I don’t really mind so much, as it will allow me to just play the new expansion.

I am not dictating how anyone should spend their money, but rather concerned about the health of the game with boosts introduced. The game was advertised as “classic” which means it should really be the same as back then right? Introducing “changes” like mount skins, boosts, and AoE restrictions, to be in-line with the current “mindset” of players who can just swipe and go or complain until they “fix” something seems like it defeats the purpose of the “classic” game.

I’ll purchase the boost, but I know deep down, this isn’t really the same game as back then. That era has come and gone.

Bring on more swipe and go. I played guildwars2 for a while, swiped for all the money for my gear, and then was left feeling kinda empty, with loads of money spent on an online game I quit shortly after.

I personally will get the boost for TBC, because I want to play TBC. What I don’t want to play is classic.

The boost in itself is just convenience. It is optional and you can only get 1 per account… (for now?!?)
I will spend the 2 weeks of the pre-patch leveling a Draenei and spent the boost on one of the other races, just to have 2 chars ready for TBC.

But for question boosting where does it end? My answer is that boosting next my classic char in wotlk classic and so on depends how many classic releases they going to do

After a few weeks I’ve got my answer! haha

At least you feel something. And you’re absolutely right, you shouldn’t feel like you earned, because you didn’t
