Boosting Worgen/Goblin

Might be a silly question. But will Worgen & Goblin be able to be insta boosted to 80 ?
Or will Blizz have some restrictions because it’s a new race ?

My intention is to lvl a Dk normally & then boost a Worgen druid.

Edit: I guess if anyone know if Draenei/Blood elf had such restrictions? Might be a good indicator.

There were restrictions during tbc, you couldnt boost a draenei/belf afaik.

But that happened a few years back, things might have changed since then.
