Booty Bay Bruisers are bugged

Players that participate in the Blood Moon Event and kill people also participating in the event in Booty Bay sometimes aggro the guards even if they are attacking their own faction. What? Blizz are you this bloody stupid to not make that a diceroll?
I bloody get when people attack members of the opposite faction and get guranteed guard aggro, but not RNG aggro whenever you attack samefaction member.

Those guards are extremely hostile to everyone attacking other players. During the event they should be hostile to everyone not having the ward buff. Also if you attacking other players during the event they will kill you if you try to kill other players.

You were never intended to kill people in Booty Bay as well as in other neutral hubs, even during Blood Moon. I wish they added more guards and made them elite.

If I attack an alliance player as alliance, it is quite literally chance RNG if the guards aggro onto me or not. Incase they do aggro however they are quite literally untouchable from any ability whatsoever.
It is not even consistent in that regard which is utterly stupid and lazy coding.
If I attack a horde player as alliance, it is working as intended in comparison.

the sound of a pve player afraid of action. guards just reduce the chance of fighting, never stopped people much to begin with.

Neutral hubs were meant to be safe zones, that is why the original devs realized their mistakes and promptly implemented the sanctuary mechanic. You disrupt the intended gameplay when you attack people in neutral cities. The fact that you can attack at all is an oversight by the devs. Good thing at least we have OK guards in BB

In that case it is a bug if the guards dont attack

I’m just gonna bump this as this is still happening in as of writing and still not working as intended.

Guards still RNG attacking people as a response to attacking alliance as alliance / horde as horde and cannot be interacted with by the use of abilities. Is your paycheck that pathetic that you leave that as an excuse to not fixing obvious bugs?

Guards also completely ignore rogues after they use vanish but hunters get pummeled into the ground even after FD. There’s nothing consistent about that interaction with rogues with guards and hunters in the same situation.
