Shadowlands kinda bores me… None of my classes are any fun anymore. Any more feeling the same?

not really, shadowlands so far has given me a feeling of wanting to play for the sake of playing rather than wanting to play and simply loathing getting to a playable state

I am, most definitely. I play a lot of classes too - and I still feel as if for the most part, they have been greatly unchanged since Legion.
I’m having a blast in shadowlands.

Yeah, bored of it too, but it’s not about classes. It’s about the horrible boring Torghast, terrible travel, the worst zone in the game’s history (the Maw), and not liking WQs at all, since they mostly give anima. And a lot of other stuff.

The expansion is 2 weeks old, having to do alot more stuff u gotta wait a couple of days for raids, m+, more levels of torghast, and alot more stuff that are coming. As it is right now, I like the amount of content available, very chill to play and does not really force you into doing things u dont want to do. I finished all my weekly quests and I keep doing daily maw and anima WQ for the sake of having a bit more “currency” stored, also leveling my professions and started an alt with a different covenant and a different play style.

Unholy has been more fun in pre-patch & shadowlands than it has been in years prior imo.
Hopefully the #Nofunallowed won’t come any time soon.

Far from being bored. I have tons of things to do my main if I feel like it, but currently working to get my 3rd character to 60 because I want to experience all the covenants and avoid getting burned out by the current endgame grinds.
I am level 51 and have little or no urge to do anything more. I’m sorry I really am, but I hate the whole covenants idea.

Tonight is the first night since launch I’ve not played. But I did log on to do the maw so that counts I guess.
To me the expansion has the potential to be as good as legion was. Perhaps even better

Tbh I kinda like the possibility to “characterize” the class a bit with different covenant abilities.

I’m hoping M+ will keep me entertained for a few weeks atleast.
Right now, doing your weekly torghast for soul ash, weekly m0, and weekly campaign quest and daily callings is the only thing to do really. (Outside goldmaking and running old content for tmog)
I am so fed up with Torghast already it’s insane. Doing one run alone is already repetitive AF, every floor, every layer and every portal is the same with a different color scheme. Doing these every week anew. It’s literally repetition stacked on top of repetition stacked on top of repetition. The thought of this system haunting me throughout the entire expansion for the sake of getting and upgrading legendaries, just to stay relevant, makes me hate the game.
World quests aren’t fun or rewarding either just as described by Thangil. Instead, they became lengthier.
The Maw is a complete anti-fun zone, that just feels like a complete grind with stuff put in place as a hindrance with no other purpose than slowing you down and being annoying. (No mounts, random assassins…) I know how it’s meant to feel. From a game design standpoint it looks good on paper but it doesn’t work for me in game, at all. It’s not a game fantasy, it’s a pain in the rear. it doesn’t feel epic overcoming these or whatever, it’s just annoying.
As for classes, I literally couldn’t find a suitable main for the expansion. All specs somehow feel bad, way too simple or clunky. At least one of those red flags is true for every class. In the end I sticked with frost mage as that is the class I tend to get the most enjoyment out of. Hower, the unpruning did nothing to frost mages and channeling FoF procs into Winter’s Chill just feels terrible as well.
Bottom line is, I’m not renewing my subscription after this first month. I’m sorry.

Well both yes and no for me, but this is a common thing for me every expansion since Legion.
Up till and through WoD I played Disc/spriest, in legion it bored me and I fell in love with holy paladin, in BFA the Hpal bored me to death, instead I found Resto Druid (till I quit for almost the rest of the expansion).
Now, the Rdruid bores me, My Hunter bores me I started to have the same feeling like you OP. So then I went with this lock, mostly for the lols and now I am having a blast!
This changed everything for me!

Definitely not me. I’m really enjoying SL this far. Ardenweald is absolutely beautiful, Torghast is awesome, and I even enjoy the Maw (though Eye of the Jailor stack up way too fast, if it was slowed down by maybe 33-50% it would be perfect IMO).
Then the dungeons are for the most part amazing (except Plaguefall, that one I really dislike).
