Bots and reports

Hey Blizzard, since you guys made such a beautiful blue post about us reporting being so important, I’d like to share my experience with this method.
I have been now reporting bots constantly undercutting auction house on wotlk realm Earthshaker for a good 3-4 weeks at least. I have seen 1 bot gone for several days after which he returned. So in 4 weeks time I have seen the same bots being on exactly the same spots for 16-17 hours a day, instantly undercutting the auctions. I report them on daily basis like a good ‘citizen’ you want us to be.
Results? For all the bot bans I am reading and hearing about all the time, on my part you guys have nothing to show for it. Same bots are present at same spots. All the time.
Blizzard is a billion dollar company that has more than enough funds to tackle this kind of issues. You have unlimited potential to hire human resources and software engineers to algorithm the hell out of it.
You should be utterly ashamed of yourself for making the players pay for this kind of service on a monthly basis, adding more and more pay to win elements while absolutely ignoring the most irritating part of the gameplay. Disgusting to be honest.

They won’t ban them, even the newspost mentioning they banned over 100k botters is fake af. Imagine banning 100k accounts (~€13/account) and losing €1.3M in revenue? Yeah… no…

Meanwhile 4:30AM SVT @ Golemagg - prnt.sc/rW3ZI_y-gslv over 50 botters in Zul’Aman… have no idea what they do there now.

Farm mojo sticks and use them on frogs, because some NPCs give you wads of gold for freeing them?

I think Blizzard will continue down this road of ignoring the obvious until the whole creative core just quits and the game servers collapse on their own because the 5000 gold buyers wont be able to purchase tokens anymore. Always waiting until the last moment when another 50% population leaves to do something.

Blizzard bans in waves. Stop crying.

Theyre fighting as hard as they can with bots.

Blizzard has to commit a team to investigate each report carefully, and thry have a large backlog of reports. Blizzard doesnt bot their counter botting operations.

You forgot to include one very important line:

This message has been sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment

More like - “this is what has been communicated officially by Blizzard”

If we dont believe Blizzard, are we now going to start questioning democratic election results in Russia too!?

Bruh, it’s really hard to respond to a joke that hits this close to home.
