Same. It says that I have to check my payment informations, which I have done.
Even deleted and re-added my paypal.
Didn’t work. So. What do I do? It used to work. Now? Not anymore.
The standard advise so far has been contact Blizzard’s customer support to check the status of your attempt to subscribe. Link to support page (also findable on the top bar of this website):

There have been a fair few cases of people trying to sub, but the payment not going through one reason or another unfortunately. Leaving the customer’s money held in limbo by their bank/CC provider (money held in limbo due to a failed transaction would be returned to the customer by the bank/CC provider company.
On that note you can also check with your bank/CC provider to find out what happened to the transaction.
Some banks don’t work very nicely with subscriptions. You could try buying game time instead which should probably work

Your recent purchased did indeed not go through. You mentioned going through a few steps already, have a look here and make sure you have tried all those steps.
If it still fails, contact your payment provider to have this looked into further.

I already followed the three steps indicated.
Thing is, it is the first time I have such a problem with paypal. All of the sudden - just when Classic pops up.
same problem , its a miracle i can use forum now i tryed a few h ago and i had lvl 15 need 10 to use wierd…

Then a third

And I tried both paypal and visa (and i used both on subscription before as close to last month.
I have created a ticket but well since so many in here has the same problem and get some standard answers I guess it will take a while before blizz is taking this seriouse enough to realize the problem is on there side.
I guess they will blame the banks (around the world) or Paypal.
(for me i used both last night on several other sites so i know both works)

Exactly the same for me. Try to buy a subscription, and Bliz’s site says it is all good. Status does not change from inactive.
3-4 emails then sent, saying the same stuff - I have subscribed, update my payment details, payment has not been processed. I have been trying all day.
I’ve used two separate browsers, added and re-added payment details, and confirmed I have enough money to pay (as well as confirm that my card is not blocked by the bank by making a Steam purchase without trouble).
Like you have said, it worked before on the same card, this time last year, but now? Nothing.

Your recent payments have not gone through. If you have gone through the steps suggested earlier (clear all payment methods, setup a new one and retry) and this still did not work for you, contact your bank to have the payment attempts looked into.

This issue is actually STILL HAPPENING with FULL steam its truly unbelievable… The problem is that I am getting a “Sub” from TODAY’s DATE, UNTIL TODAY AGAIN!!! Instead of 1 month forward… it doesnt make any sense…
Blizzard are not responsible for your banks refusal to process the transaction, thats down to your bank.
Plus well done, a 4 year old necro, thats the biggest necro I’ve seen in a while.
YOu should always make your own new post, but then again all you will be told is to make a ticket about it.
Look at your bank and PayPal transaction and/or statements. Does the transaction show as processed?
I also had lots of cancelled transactions from PayPal for the Nintendo eShop. That together with their astronomical currency conversion fees makes me avoid them like a ghoul’s feet.
