HellO! I just boosted a char to 60 after not been max level at all, I bought boost, was level 60 started in oribos, but no way to teleport to orgrimmar, cause it said I have to do the Maw intro stuff, i specificly bought 60 boost to skip this, and I cant even get to orgrimmar to actually do the quest since portals are not where they are supposed to be and heartstone is to Oribos. I tried to ask a mage for a portal, but since this is not really a social game I just get ignored… Help blizz?

yes here also , stuck like forever if i only get to reach a mage to make a portal to stormwind 
i had the same problem but i asked a mage for a portal to stormwind depends what your faction is ofcourse and then i took the sw quest and now everything is normal , so the only thing i know is a mageportal for help.
This should have been hotfixed as part of the the realm restarts here in the EU last night.

yeah its not fixxed, i just made a portal for a returning player and he is now doing the maw intro quest. already wanting to deinstall the game after spending 100 bucks on game, boost and faction change
edit: to clarify, intro quest wanted to sent him to lichking throne maw intro quest, but he was in oribos with no portal available to ogrimmar and his hearthstone is set in oribos. he doesn’t have a dalaran or garrison hearthstone(last played in mop), without a mage portal he would not even be able to start the maw intro, it’s that bad
Not fixed, and now my character is locked after a refund, jesus why do I even bother with this cuystomer support,. no offence, but its kinda useless when they dont even understand my issue in the ticket. 3 Game masters, and none understand a Thing.

I requested a refund, but since its my main, sadly, its locked 
I feel when I pay 60 euros, and it says its covenant ready and raid ready, well. Why do I have to do the whole Maw Intro, AND the WHOLE shadowlands story (THE ONE THATS 50-60 FYI) before even being able to choose a covenant, like why?

After digging into things, it looks like there may be some confusion. The quest that the previous Game Master linked you, Threads of Fate, would not be available for your character, as you have never had another level 60 character complete the Shadowlands storyline already. Threads of Fate is intended to be a skipping mechanic for people who have already experienced the story.
Since this account has not yet, it will need to go through the Shadowlands Campaign as normal.

Game Master Trilieos here to address your response. I am sorry for this situation since I know that it can be a frustrating one to go through especially if you were looking forward to jumping right in.
That said, I do not have a difference answer to give with regards to this. While that is part of the level 60 boost, the base requirements still need to be met meaning a character that was already established on the account needs to have unlocked the Shadowlands storyline before. Otherwise, the boosted character will need to complete the storyline as designed.
I know that this wasn’t the answer that you were wanting, but I hope that I could expand on the why. I also realize that your time is valuable both inside and outside of the game. So, I appreciate your patience while this ticket was answered. If you have anything else in the future just reach out and let us know.

LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
You cannot purchase a character boost in another region.
Customer Support will not assist with any mistakes using a boost.
Allied Races —Boosted Allied Race characters will not earn Heritage Armor.
Character Services —It is not possible to buy a Character Transfer, Faction Change, or any other service for a character that has been boosted in the past 72 hours. Customer Support cannot bypass this restriction.
WoW Token —It is not possible to boost a character with a WoW Token in the inventory, bank, or mailbox.
Glyphs —Applied glyphs will be erased from your character when boosted.
What is included it’s written :
WHAT’S INCLUDED
When the boost is applied, your character receives a new set of gear appropriate to your level and four 22-slot bags. The gear the character was originally wearing —and everything in the character’s inventory— is sent to the in-game mailbox.
All boosted characters receive the Pristine Survival Kit containing basic food, potions, and a small amount of gold. In addition, some classes will receive the Adventurer’s Footlocker which contains off-spec weapons.
So please fix the problem, take your time to investigate or refund my money back please.
