If it clearly says “certain restrictions may apply”, in highlighted text nonetheless, and you don´t make the slightest effort to inform yourself as to what those might be, that is in no way the company´s fault, and there are countless lawsuits that have already decided this quite clearly both in the USA and the EU.
As a general rule it´s usually not a good idea to play armchair lawyer with any multimillion dollar company that retains more lawyers than most people have close friends. If they (or we) were not clear enough in our presentation, so as to set ourselves up for legal repercussions, then the wording would be changed.
