Bought a WoW token for helping my other account get level 70-80, paid 300k gold and the player then ignored me and went offline. How do I pursue this? It’s not against terms of service to purchase ingame boosts with gold but it’s definitely against it to scam. Have screenshots to prove.

I’m sorry to hear this, and please do use the link Chronormi posted to report this.
That said, keep in mind that while boosts may not be forbidden, they are also not supported and gold lost this way will not be reimbursed.
