Game says I can not have it on me since I do not have the rank… HMM weird I got the rank Knight Lieutenant and the gear is for that rank it is the pvp cloth gloves for my priest! 
HOW do I solve this issue? Edit: forgot I play on Classic Era lvl 60 priest.
