Bought the subscription on wrong battle.net account, also need to transfer characters

Hello,
Some time ago in 2017 i opened a battle.net account which is eligble for the shadowlands free gift which i claimed.

However i have 2 characters and bought subscription on my other battle.net account which i want transferred to the 2017 account.

I never get a response from my ticket i submitted.

Also, i cant find the live chat option, if there even exist one?

I need help, is there anyone that can do that?

EDIT: I have the same last name registered on both my accounts ensuring i own and created both of them myself.

They can’t transfer subscriptions from one account to another.

All they can do is refund the one that was applied to the incorrect account, so that you can purchase it on the correct account.

If you made a ticket you need to leave it open until it’s answered. I’m afraid the queues seem to be quite long at the moment but, if you keep it open, someone will get to it. You could try the automatic refund but I’m not sure if that would work on a subscription. It could work if you actually bought game time.
