Bought and equipped the wrong tier set item after realizing the 2 vendors are right next to each other and patrolling in the same exact path alternatively… Is there any way of getting it changed or am i cooked?
Most items can be refunded by talking to any vendor within two hours. If you log out after purchasing the item, the two hour timer will continue to count down.
To prevent mistakes, whenever an action removes the refund timer, the game will pop-up a confirmation message that you need to acknowledge and accept. For example, when you equip, enchant, upgrade, or transmog the item.
Customer Support does not refund items. If your refund timer expired you can keep, sell, or destroy the item.
To keep it short: Yes.
Ok… thats kinda of a bummer… Wish blizzard would instead put the pvp vendor in the pvp zone among the others for the future instead of clumping the tier set token vendors one next to the other like that…

Yea we’ve seen more of that feedback, they’ve only changed it recently so it has a refund timer confirm popup. But I think I read somewhere they’re contemplating to change the item name, colour variation or NPC location.
Especially the last one is the biggest issue I think since they’re set next to the PVE one causing these problems.
Ironically having both the pvp and pve items all together to the same vendor made it less of a problem(For me atleast) because you would scroll through a big list and make sure, having the vendors one next to the others feels so Ugh, especially considering they patrol in the same spot for their idle stuff, with pretty much the same name and the list of gear being literally the same in everything outside of the item tooltip

They could just make it one item per slot, hero track, that also gives pvp ilvl. Makes no difference for PvE & PvP really.
There’s no stat difference between them, only track difference and as someone that mainly plays pve I really don’t care if pvpers get some hero track loot instead of champion for a token.
haha i did this too i wanted to delete my character so now i just play my alt instead …

Or the pvp token is a different one, so you can’t buy a PvE item from pvp and vice versa.
