I do not understnd how to achieve this.
I am a Necrolord. I own the 3 Necrolord Soulbind Companions.
I cannot see any level on them, and I don’t understand how to raise them to level 60.
Can anyone help me please. I don’t find any useful information on this, so it must just be me being duh.

I’m trying to find official confirmation of what I’m saying here, but I’m 95% sure this achievement is about the adventure table heroes (champions?) that happen to also be your soulbind.
For Necrolord you should have Marileth, Emeni, and Heirmir not just as soulbinds, but also as adventure table heroes, and the achievement is about leveling those 3 to 60.
I’ll update my response here when I find an official notice of this anyhwere, but as I mentioned, I’m pretty sure that’s it 
Quick Edit: The wowhead article here mentions you have your soulbinds as companions, and while it doesn’t mention the achievement, I think that should be good as a source 
aaah I see, yes that would make sense wouldnt it!
