I’m at rank 11 as a Demonology Warlock, I can do 3 areas no problem but the Boundless Corruption boss stops me from doing the mage area, so I have to go and kill Alleria or else I’ll die.
I was wondering how other slow casters do it? I can’t seem to produce enough burst or even get a cast off most of the time because of the constant purple circles that drain insanity, I’m wondering if I’m missing something.

Which boss do you mean exactly? I managed as shadow by just taking my time

Its this tentacle goo walking around tower 
Just go affliction and delete him.
Track titan buff from research, when its off cd …kill one smal add that walks around and kill boss with that buff up. You wont have to give a sh. about circles.
Tried putting a smart demonic gateway so that you can escape the breath?
Gate, Circle, tanky tanky demon and go behind it…

Make some friend and form a group; solo vision is just a comfortable option but visions kinda designed to be a teamwork
As others highlighted if you have the titan buff up just stand in place and vail away at him. You can also play around with those warlock gateways.
Swapping to affliction just for that mini-boss is a good option as well.
maybe if you posted this on your warlock and people could see your gear and talents and such they might be able to offer some useful advice
Breath of the dyin rank 3, get one kill off to get dmg bonus, next, target the miniboss and watch yourself end its whole career
i suggest playing afflicion in visions. got mine to cloak r15 with ease, managed to 1 mask without a problem just didnt bother with 2-3 masks because its not toon that i care about having 455 gear on .
does not work like that. Depends on the afflix, in some cases you need to just shoot all CDs there. It is super annoying, I kill it as destroy though.
as destro i just have enough time to cast chaos bolt and move, chaos bolt and move, immo+conflag and move, chaos bolt and move etc in circle with infernal popped. I make sure having the 15% buff haste of cloak talent by killing some mobs before engaging it, otherwise use drums
But the fastest way is indeed to kill packs of mobs around until titan gift pops, then just burst it without even moving
Now even 5 masks look easy its just a matter of practice… and gear of course ^^!

If you are struggling against a specific boss, I suggest you save an orb for him. Put the orb in range of the boss, pop CD & just destroy him, inside the orb you cannot get negative madness & you are immune to sanity loss ( because you will regenerate it instantly) & dmg ( orb heal you)
Sometimes I just orb this guy on my 5 mask run of one of my alt. Usually when it s split personality + I loss gift recently & don t want to change my route to wait it.
Note that it does only work if you hit a cloak level where you don t need orb ( at least all of them) to finish the run, otherwise it s kinda sketchy to pull off. But at level 11 it should be OK I guess.
The turning point where you should not need orbs anymore to finish vision is when cape resistance goes from 50% to 65%. But at 50% you shiuld not need all of them ( depends ofc )
The big difficulty about it, this week, is leaden foot madness.
I’d try to get a gift of the titans proc and a free action potion.
Clear surrounding areas then fight that mini boss. Let your demon do works for you and keep moving. Use tyrant cd if needed but make sure you have enough imps up so he can be strong.
Usually requires burst, or then a lot of dodging. Not sure what demonology can do while moving, but your pets should still be doing something. Usually you can get 1 cast off before dodging though. The gift of the titans buff works too, since that’ll allow you to ignore the circles all together.
