Is this account wide?
Please tell me it is account wide and I have missed an npc to unlock it…;(
This is at best an unannounced feature coming with 9.2.5. However, knowing Blizzard, it most likely wont happen.

The first thing I put points in on alts is not having to loot bodies. It’s a pain.

Wish it was accountwide - but at least the currency drops are so bumped up that you can get enough currencies for higher tier leggoes in 2 runs, if not 3.
And you can mail your excess to alts and skip Torg on them.
That said, if I were to do Torg, I’d be happy if I could do it with that ease on alts as on my main. It is hard without the 3 blessings and -2 torments, and that’s the tip of the iceberg of course. 
It’s not account wide and it doesn’t work in the new 9.2 Torghast wings (Jailer’s Gauntlet).
It will be account wide around 11.2.5
