So blizzard said in their video that the are keeping him for our delve guide for the whole expansion, instead of different one every season like they promised.
Typical blizzard lie, but what got me upset is the explanation they gave is that they don’t want players having to relearn another character. This is an insult to the player iq because first of all we’ll need to learn his tank spec anyway, and secondly why not keep him AND add another character you can choose from?
My opinion is that they just gave a lame excuse for their denial to keep their initial promise and as a horde enjoyer I was looking forward to potentialy not have to party up with an aliance centric npc again.
My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined. Ty blizz.
I hope they increase his max level to 70 (is 60 the cap now?) in 11.1, and then again to 80 in 11.2. Since Delve rewards will not cap at Tier 8, the extra damage from Brann will help the players that need that boost the most.
Doesn’t have anything to do with IQ.
It’s about it not feeling fun to have to completely start over with your companion midway in an expansion. Their reasoning is completely sound and I agree with them.
Yes for some players fresh companion would be fun. But that is not what I said if you read again. I said that why not have both brann and a new character, so those ppl who dont wanna lvl up a new one can stick with brann.
