First of all, nobody is talking about implementing it for female characters only.
But to your question: Making your character unique

Imagine every human IRL being exactly the same size in every aspect. Would that make real-life children-friendlier?

Knowing blizzard and their no middle ground policy i would not trust them not to F-up anything at this point.

If they would ever redo the character customization it would 100% be mix between star trek online alien and every asian mmo because they don’t know when to stop.

More variety for character customisation is definitely a good thing.

Not that I care much about breath size options. But I like the idea of making my casters more slender…

Cant wait to see 6 meter high stick figures with giant bobble head boobs that look like balloons.

Or gray alien looking character half the size of a gnome.

Its one of my favorite past time hobbies watching what monstrosities people create in STO.

There are fetishes of all shapes and forms. Some people might find feet or fingers more visually pleasing than breasts. That’s the thing, it’s up to the viewer to decide if they want to sexualise or not.
