Brewmaster baseline stagger is 35% magic red again

So with the 10.0.5 patch, blizzard has undone their stagger to 45% for magical damage and put it back to 35%…

Alot of brewmasters wanted it go up from 45% to 55% or even 65%.
I’m main tanking the raid for my community and healers are starting to complain that i get completely chunked on some boss mechanics because of magical damage.

I don’t see the patch notes about any revert back to 35%. Did I miss something?

Which boss in particular are you struggling with? I cannot recall that many magic damage abilities that hits you hard, as most tank buster damage sources are all physical.

Also you are reading it wrong. Stagger’s effectiveness against magic damage got increased to 45% from 35%, not the other way around.

This needs to get rectified ASAP, kind of sucks taking more damage than intended.

According to the notes, it SHOULD be 45%. But if you check the tooltip, after 10.0.5 it got reverted back to 35%. Logs confirm that too. There has been zero communication about it, so probably it was done by mistake?

Whatever the case, it either needs to be confirmed by Blizzard that it’s back to 35%, or fix it and get it to 45%

this definitely needs to be addressed. the in-game tooltip mentions 35% magic stagger, and was confirmed to be changed to 45% in the patch before 10.0.5. this is obviously an oversight, as no documentation regarding a nerf to it after buffing it the previous patch exists.

please fix this in the next batch of hotfixes, and maybe take a look at the other bugs regarding brew as well.
