I just opened my first vault of Season 2 on my monk and found a weapon from delves—Machine Gob’s Iron Grin. But then I realized… monks can’t use 2H maces? What’s going on here? This isn’t a Warband item I can send to another character—it’s a Strength/Agility 2H mace, yet I can’t equip it? And when I reached out to customer support, their response was basically: “Sorry, go to the forums.” That’s it? No resolution? Just “better luck next week”?
There are some threads about this on the US bug report forum too.
If the GM’s do not have a policy about this they generally cannot intervene.
Since it concerns a bug about the game it isn’t in their workflow either but that of the devs/QA so the correct option here is to submit it as bug report and hope the devs fix it before next GV week.
They also determine then if compensation is warranted or not.

Sorry to hear that you were affected by this bug. While customer support is unable to exchange loot received in-game, I can confirm that this particular issue has been hotfixed by our developers recently, and should not happen again.

Even about things us the player base can’t do anything about, we get punished.
Un-announced server shutdown? Sorry for your key. Take your -1key level due to unavoidable deplete and let’s hope you don’t deplete it further.
They only moment we are treated as costumers is if we are in need of the billing departments help.
Most frustrating imo is the fact you get a dry/lacking of info as reply and they close the ticket as “Resolved”.
