Ghostcrawler wasn’t good.
Yes more RNG becouse WoW used to be bad from vanilla to wrath but thanks to papa Ion our RNGjesus savior the game is in its peak times.
P.S. for real? You want to say that the game is in much better state than 10 years ago? And yes my post was a troll post.
No, Ion is terrible. But that doesn’t mean that Ghostcrawler isn’t good either.
Ghostcrawler is bad, as one would expect from a guy with the expertise of a marine biologist rather than a game designer.
I wasn’t around when Ghostcrawler was in the WoW team. But I guarantee you he was not appreciated when he worked on League of Legends.

bring back ghost crawler, it was good game design even if it did involve everything kiting us to oblivion
Ghostcrawler basically made Frost Mages invincible kiting gods with incredible damage, he’s the reason I still refer to Cata as Casterclysm.
I’m a bit biased against him, since I’ve always played warrior. But trying to play against even a braindead undergeared frost mage as a warrior back then was like trying to cut a pizza with a pair of scissors.
And playing against a good Frosty with good gear? Dead in a single shatter combo, special thanks to Tarecgosa’s Rest.

I wonder what would happen if blizzard lets me work for them for a few days and does everything I tell them to. I would completely revert both the class design and the reward/gearing system to MoP and fix balance issues the game had back then

Hell no! I don’t want S12 clown fiesta again. You might not believe it but S12 was 10x worse that this season. Bring back Dave Kaplan. Overwatch is already dying and he is wasting his time trying to keep it alive. When he was leading dev of WoW like Ion is now WoW was at it’s best constantly growing. So if anyone should be back to WoW is him. Tbh Holinka was better than Ghostcrawler. Holinka fixed PvP after disastrous S12 and S13. S14 and S15 were based mainly on Holinka changes and everyone says that these seasons were amazing. The problem is that he didn’t get as much influence on class design as in MoP that’s why WoD was horrible. Ashran failed that’s true but compare WoD PvP to Legion and BfA and you’ll see it was still better.

Wrathful was s8. Do the math. S12 is Malevolent clown fiesta with immortal Arms Warrior and bugged Stampede that wasn’t fixed for few months.

Yeah but we were one shotted by random Stampede meele hits. Warriors couldn’t die with healer in 30 sec cc chain being smashed by 2 dps specs. 300k heroic strikes when people had 350k hp. Every spec being able to 2 shot anyone. I remember they forgot to upgrade fist weapons when they upgraded pvp weapons with more pvp power so for 2 weeks I had 50% pvp on my weapons on my enh shaman as they couldn’t fix it. Instant RoF. Nah this is better.
P.S.:
Wrathful season was still good as Ghostcrawler didn’t have enough time to ruin class design as he did in MoP xD
