Basically title, this would help obliteration pretty bad damage at the moment.
It helps oblit more than breath which is the point.
They could also have obliteration automatically use a rime proc when you have it, like crackshot.
Even if they reduce the damage of the glacial advance/rime proc to 70% effectiveness or something like that.
They also should do something about bad procs in obliteration and having no runes. When you have obliteration, runic empowerment and the obliteration ability itself should guarantee 1 rune.
So basically you use glacial advance or frost strike? That’s guaranteed 1 rune, you use rime proc? That’s 1 rune. Being unlucky with rune refunds during obliteration is one of the worst feelings ever for frost.
Don’t just buff the damage, this would actually make frost feel a little better to play.
