the best thing about demo back in the days was metamorphosis it is such an iconic spell metamorphosis could fix the terrible design of demo losing metamorphosis was the biggest tragedy that happened to demos if blizzard brought metamorphosis it would make the player base extremally happy and it would make old players return to the game

Hell they can even rename it to something else…like demon cloak/infusion or whatever. Just bring the gameplay back.
Edit: It just felt so good jumping in the middle of the enemy team in battlegrounds and then turning on your immolation aura and going all touch of chaos spam on them.

That’s right if they would bring back metamorphosis, they would also accept that the summoner style failed.

i think the summoning of demon is quite cool thematically its just not a fun to play nor is it fun to play against in PvP because the theme quickly turns into a “zoo” like good old stampede BM hunters from back in the days. I also dont find that any buttons feels good to press as a demo lock. Hand of Guldan for example looks like a planet devouring ball of destruction that absolutely tickles.
Overall the theme of controlling demons while also being a demon yourself was far cooler in every way. Instead we have a sissy butterfly boy flapping around being obnoxious to everyone around them.

its also worth noting that theres not been any new demons added in recent times so we´re stuck with the same old tired dull looking blob monsters where as enslave demon. oh im sorry. “subjigate”. could be easily made into a tame simular to hunters n simply let us pick out our own favorite demons.
It is a shame, one of our “main” Demon is not even a damn demon, but some void thing 
Give me an Annihilan, or even Aranasi would do! Just immagine a hulking Mo’arg brute or Imp mother as a Tank!
Heck, I would settle with a grimoire from Legion to have a parmanent Infernal as a Tank

And not always to play with it. I liked demo before they changed DS and Tyrant. Right now we are again only able to pressure during Tyrant. Totally boring, that’s why i switched to Affliction.

Demo COULD feel good both in play and visuals.
For example; remove Tyrant, replace it with Prince Malchezaar (remove it from ID pool if its still there), make the cast instant. Change Grimoire: Felguard to Grimoire: Dreadlord or Satyr.
Just a few changes and Demo could both in visuals and play-wise would feel alot better than this.

I wish we’d also have more named demons popping out of nether portal. The eredar twins are working for us since the legion and could be easily summoned. And then let’s not forget Jaraxxus, Eredar Lord of the Burning Legion. There are plenty of named demons that could be popping out of there for some added flavor.
i would love warlock meta back and while we are at it bring back the old wrath guard model before the 6.2 change i started in bfa so i never got to experience these i had to look it up and i was so disappointed when i looked at the wrath guard now vs then. blizz stop being lazy and make glyphs for the wrathguard old model at least. i don’t wanna hear “it won’t happen” stop defending blizzard’s bull shi*.

I disagree hard. The current way demonology works is 1000000 times better, and it’s amazingly designed imo. I only don’t play it, bc I think the RP of destruction is cooler, since I imagine I’m using alien technology with green fire

give me cd that pressed instantly summons metamorphosed dh to fight for me on my target for 30sec doing 70% of the pressure a real dh puts out currently
and this ability has a 3min cd which has some cdr baked into the talents which are also some use in pvp
i dont care about the “ability” i just want the visual effeckt back.
Like a toy that can have a 100% uptime. 
you do know that you can’t fully control your pets as demo right? Even if you use the pet attack ability, imps/dog/vilefiend/fel Guard/tyrant will attack what they want.
Thats been fixed. Vilefiend, dogs, grimoire: felguard and tyrant do obey the pet command since SL.
Though I must say from SL to DF it got a bit buggy. I need the spam the pet attack command for them to switch target where as in SL it worked like a charm with just one single press of the button.
