Maybe they do. If you look at the raid so far, balance druids doesnāt do that good based on the rankings. Still early on, so the numbers are not a sure thing. But it doesnāt look promising, at least not for fae boomies.
Not compared to other casters. The sad thing about stellar drift is that they could have nerfed the damage without putting a CD on it. It looks a lot like the devs saying, āPeople are having fun with that talent, and we canāt allow that.ā

I agree with you in general, but your numbers are off. An 8 second ability on a 12 second CD is 66.666ā¦% uptime, not 80%.
We do need. I just finished 17 HOA. I can tell you that SHAMMY with his āopā legendary did almost 10k, rogue made ~8k i did less than 7.
On mists 15 i did 6.8k, arcane mage did 9.8k, frost dk did 6.7k. I do not think this is well balanced. All were similar ~226 229 gear score.

Yes, with the stellar drift, solstice and boat nerfs, we got hit hard. And remember that solstice lined up really well with boat, so that nerf hit NF boomies even harder.
They nerfed boat legendary way too much. 40% down to 24% is massive.
They probably thought the new covenant legendary would be good. But its not, not even after the buffs. At least not for boomies.
