and give good rewards from it. eg 1 heroic raid item per week
the game needs casual content for the 80% of casuals

1 heroic raid item a week would be a bit much, but i agree that the game can use some outdoor content that makes non-raiders/LfR players think âThatâs worth spending my time onâ
Brawlerâs Guild! Brawlerâs Guild!
no its not ââmuchââ vl 12 or something mythic drops heroic raid item level x2âŚ
Seems inappropriate for something like the farm from Pandaria type activity.
I loved the farm. I got all my friendships maxed and added everything I could.
I enjoyed it too, i even liked the garrison back in WoD, building up something that was at least partially my own was quite satisfying, especially when they added the music box, racial guards, and banners (I went full âNight elfâ on the whole thing), tying professions (At least gathering ones) into them was a bad call, though.
give good rewards from it
The reason the Farm worked so well is that it didnât shower us with stuff.
The Garrison had a herb garden and mine but they provided way too much and ruined gathering worse than Bots have.
Also the farm tied in with the whole Halfhill thing with the Tillers and the MOP cooking system.
So you could make some crafting mats (enough for you to make a few pieces yourself) but not flood the market.
The farm is still there, It hasnt gone anywhere.

Iâm assuming the OP means bring it back as in make it viable for current content (and onwards). It serves no prupose now unless you really want to get the friendships with the Tillers.
I enjoyed the farm and it would be nice to have an updated version of it. I also liked the Garrison. Both had a somewhat personal touch for your character.
I still make use of my Garrison even now as it has everything i need like an AH, Bank, Void Storage, Mailbox and a itâs a good place to chill without others players sitting on their huge mounts over things your trying to click on

falacy, this was the one time they got it right, if they were to finally admit that gathering is NOT a profession like every other game seems to understand, there would be no point to bots, it would in no way effect the economy if you could gather your own mats, change it, sure, but the effects would be a positive change, some games that allow access to all professions and donât class gathering as one have pefectly good economies, one in particular even has trade guilds, professions are and should be an integral part of any mmo. (or would be if they hadnât systematically sucked the rp out in favour of instagrat)
the wow way makes a mockery of professions, especially if your mains are double crafters, drop one you say?. NO, if you think iâm going to lose 18 years of rare patters youâve another think coming, do you want to work your professions as you go, lol, good luck with that, not that you could anyway even if you could gather your own mats since you donât have the bag space necessary for the battery of materials required to make junk.
all the wow way is good for is pushing gold into the hands of greedy so and soâs that hoard it alluntil they are encouraged to relinquish it on a fancy pants gold sink mount, or use it to buy yourway to raid glory, how in the name of the gods is that an âeconomyâ?..
anywayâŚyes, gimmie back my Dog
in bfa i got all my gear from visions and hc warfronts. it was the best experience for me in wow. no m+. this gear carried me through hc nzoth. slowly but surely.
this is what retail wow needs again a progression path for solo activities.
EXACTLY! this timewalk event had more players than ever. i recruited 4 random new players in RAF imet in wow. they got to lvl 36 and started timewalking.
also saw the tryhards there too trynna votekick the new players
I would love it if they made the farm relevant to every new expansion. Just add an NPC that sells the seeds for the current expansion food mats. Same applies to the garrisons. They could keep them relevant by just adding an npc that changes the mine, the garden and rest for the current expansion. This way you can continue to level up old professions and stay current. Not like its going to tank the economy even further.
if they care about economy they would hire 1 GM for each language on wow servers that just realm hops and permabans the OBVIOUS 100 bots evokers/druids in zaralek.
thats 1500 euros per month x5 to clean bots from wow eu
