I believe it can only be returned to the character that completed the event.
Which is possibly why they could not assist you.
Iāve obtained everything on this char except for the gnome thingie. And I couldnāt remember what server my character was on and itās long deleted and probably not high enough. But others I had on this.
Iāve kind of made my peace with not being able to get them.
There are so many ways these toys could be re-implemented. BMAH, hidden vendor, some secret quest, etc. Itās not unheard of, and it would really help the collectors community, which is a pretty big part of the playerbase.
Please share this post with people who would be interested, itās the only way to make it more visible!

Not to mention that when they reimplemented the MoP toys like the SenāJin Fetish Drum, they just simply chucked them on a vendor. So it is apparent that finding a new source wouldnāt be an issue for them.
