Arthas took her soul and now he is dead. Is there any chance to bring her back to normal life? Doubt if it would happen, because she is banshee?

Blizzard writers don’t know how resurrection works.
When Anduin Wrynn was a little boy, his father was killed. But Anduin managed to bring Varian Wrynn back to life, as a living human (not undead).
But later he forgot about this skill, when Kalia was killed. Instead she was resurrected as undead. He also forgot about his skills when Saurfang was killed…
Tyrande also managed to bring back to life Shandris Feathermoon, also as living elf (not undead). But later she did not use this skill anywhere else ever.
So, its pretty strange how resurrection works. Sometimes you can resurrect, sometime you don’t. Sometimes you can resurrect fallen as living being, but sometimes only as undead.

Varian was heavily wounded and Anduin thought him dead. It’s not like he got a doctor’s opinion on the matter, so Varian might just have had a deadly wound that was healed before his death.
Calia on the other hand was dead for days, after being killed by Sylvanas’ magicked arrows, when Sa’ra, through Anduin and Faol, brought her back as undead. And that she was undead wasn’t a fault here, but the intended outcome. Sa’ra wanted a light-made undead, not a living human. It reads as if a full ressurection would have been possible, but wasn’t done.
Don’t know about the elven case.

It’s more the case that they brought Calia back as she’d want to return, so she rises as one of her own people; an undead creature.
Both, really. I mean, it’s heavily implied that Sa’ra had a hand in creating the whole situation in the first place.

She wouldn’t accept it even if it were possible (which it isn’t). She is a nihilist who believes anyone who clings to life and hope are fools and wants to set everyone free “from the shackles of mortality” (i.e. commit mass genocide).
