Im tired of this broken stealtj system, that pulls you out of stealth constantly in BGs. Why is this still a thing? No dmg taken, not even close to the combat and nothing in the combat log. Tried Ashran today and godt pulled out 41 times when im outside combat and over 100 yards away from the fight. How is this acceptable for a paied subscription? This totally break the stealth classes, with their core mechanic so broken. Fix this Blizz, please

Replying for visibility, and also adding own experience.
This has been going on for at least 10 years, but it’s now worse than ever. The worst part of it is that Blizzard has never acknowledged this, and yet they MUST know about it. I refuse to believe not a single person at Blizzard plays a Rogue.
As an Undead it gets even worse, because damage ticks from Touch of the Grave pops you out as well. Seriously considering benching my Rogue because of this, it kills all enjoyment of PvP, which sucks a lot since I spent 6 years finding this class.
Please Blizzard, fix this. At LEAST address it. Stop ignoring an entire Class Community, you are alienating your audience to a point of no respect.

Give up, they are too busy buffing fire Mage because it wasn’t been meta for 5 minutes.

Bumping the thread. I wanted to play rogue this expac but seing as nothing really changed for us apart for a few added bugs it’s not looking promising.
Bumping as well because it’s gotten significantlly worse in TWW but as someone else pointed out, it has been a problem for years.
Blizzard please fix this!
Need more effort blizzard, slacking is showing big time. We pay to play this game, loads of times to fix also with early access added for extra currency.
Actually yes, Stealth bugged as hell.
But Blizz spent all the budget on super-professional diverse and and inclusive writers and quest designers.
So bug fixing is not a priority.

I’m honestly considering unsubbing for this. Rogue is absolutely unplayable in PVP with stealth being so buggy. 1-2 seconds after vanish and I’m already out of stealth. Not even time to get behind a pillar.
Pets keep focusing me when I vanish.

Yes 2 top tier mage spec is unacceptable. So they are making 3. one

When I have rupture on two targets stealth and vanish will break. Which means if you have the replicating shadows talent, you can’t stealth as long as there are two people with rupture. Am I the only one here who has this? Trying to figure out what causes it.
I’ve never experienced that much random unstealth, this is just appalling.
Also something very frustrating is being in combat just after being resurrected in bgs.
Big bump, Blizz needs to fix it, or at least address this. More annoying since we don’t know what is causing this.
Stealth falling off for no reason was an issue in Dragonflight, seems to have gotten worse in TWW.
I remember playing solo shuffle back in DF and randomly got pulled out of stealth during a match. The amount of hate I got since the team thought I was intentionally unstealthing, while I was far from the enemy group, far from any AoE and the stealth detection crystals hadn’t even spawned yet.
Now it keeps happening during random BGs. I keep checking combat logs, but there’s no damage taken and I’ve not engaged in combat either, not even bleeds ticking after death.

Stop playing deathstalker and the problem goes away. Deathstalker’s Mark is causing most of the stealth breaks during rbg when you also have a dot on the same target.
That’s not a solution, though, it’s literally ignoring the problem, and letting Blizzard off the hook. They won’t ever fix this, especially if the community doesn’t let them know.
And, like I already said in another reply, there a plethora of other things causing stealth to break. MOST of my own stealth breaks have come while I am not in combat, and don’t have any dots up at all. Also, Deathstalker is the only Hero Talent tree that I vibe with, so I won’t accept being forced into another just because Blizzard are utter dog sh*t at writing code.
