Bronze Dragonflight on the Dragon Isles

It’s kinda strange we won’t be getting a Desert Zone on the isles tbh. In all honesty, I think they planed it, but ultimately scrapped it in order to save time and other resources. I mean sure, the Bronze will have their own district in Thaldraszus, but so will the other 4.

I mean all the other dragonflights have their own zone:

  • The Waking Shores for Red and Black;
  • Ohn’ahran Plains for Green;
  • Azure Span for Blue;
  • and Thaldraszus as the main zone for them all;

In all honesty, considering there’s only 4 new zones, not even a single max level zone, I think they’ve basically had to rush the expansion and release only what they’ve got by a certain point in time.

My guess, since apparently there’s gonna be a desert part of Ohn’ahran Plains, the zone is gonna be about Green vs Bronze Dragonflight, just as The Waking Shores are gonna be Red vs Black. It also makes sense since Green and Bronze are the opposites of one another like Red and Black are. And there’s a whole Evoker spec themed around Green and Bronze. They didn’t show any Bronze Dragonflight in the Ohn’ahran Plains because non of it not finished.

The less deserts and swamps the better. Why would the Bronze have a fondness for deserts though?

Maybe the bronze zone is planend for a future patch. With Murozond being one of the villains this expansion it isn’t that far fetched. That being said just because the caverns of time is located in Tanaris does not mean they HAVE to have a desert zone.

And no, “sands of time” isn’t a good reason either :stuck_out_tongue:

It’s there natural habitat. Same reason why idk Furbolgs always live in forests and not idk Deserts.

If you look through the provided Material, you will notice a bronze tower of unknown purpose.
They will have their zone somewhere.
btw Dracthyr starting area is just a small bit of the entire zone, so there is the possibility for action there too.

You base this on what? The Caverns of Time? Their natural habitat would be the dragon isles like the other flights, or Dragonblight since they initiated lockdown. And Dragonblight isn’t a desert.

thats fine with me if they atleast revamp and use the caverns of time. A lot of cool dungeons in the past could be made

  1. The Caverns of Time - in the middle of a desert and have a desert interior.
  2. Bronze Dragonshrine - desert.
  3. Warcraft 3 - they were part of desert tileset.
  4. Chromie in HotS has desert and sand abilities.
  5. Nozdormu in a book is said to have a desert like den.
  6. Hearthstone surely has something too, but I can’t remember/don’t really play.

You reckon they built it there cause deserts are awesome, rather than it just being a convergence of the time streams?

Pretty sure that’s just the snow under Nozzie’s illumination, textures are the same.

Until the CoT became a thing she mostly hung out in WP. Doesn’t mean she has a preference for rotten wastelands though does it? And HotS is hardly canon, though she does have all the Sands of Time thing magic, like the rest of the bronzies. Would be tricky to go with the hour glass thematic if they didn’t use sand.

Not canon until the game(s) tell us otherwise.

Dunno how canon Hearthstone is as I don’t play it, but not very, judging by all the trailers.

Anyway, if you feel your list makes them sand-loving desert dwellers then I won’t attempt to convince you otherwise, you seem to pretty convinced. Thankfully it doesn’t result in a desert zone apparently either way.
