Every dwarf’s roots come from here. Their very souls and minds are tied to her - Ironforge. The great peak, ancient home of the Bronzebeard clan , carved into the mountainous heart of Khaz Modan. It stood tall and proud for hundreds of years, being a true symbol of dwarven strength, ressiliance and craftsmanship. It is here where it all begun and it is here where it all should end for every of Muradin’s kin.

In the barracks of the Ironforge, an elite unit of the dwarven army was established. Given a symbolic name, the Mountain Aegis, is said to be composed of the strongest and bravest of the dwarves that represent the clan of Bronzebeards. Their tasks will be hard, dangerous and often bloody, with no way back. However, all this in the name of one goal - to ensure Bronzebeards a good and safe future in prosperity.

Hi everyone, thanks for having a look at my thread

As you may have noticed, Mountain Aegis is a military/fellowship kind of guild for every Bronzebeard player around. That’s right. We fight for Muradin. We represent the legacy of the great Mountain King and revere the Titan history and power.

The guild will be a mix between military and dwarven companionship. No uniform is required as each dwarf that joins the Aegis is supposed to be an elite, individual soldier with individual story, gear and skills.

The Aegis will embark on many dangerous missions to secure Khaz Modan and its allies so there will be DM’ed events and stories, with the guild’s personal, main storyline included. I will be interested in taking part in future RP-PvP as well. Also, the guild is not supposed to be overly grown in numbers.

Ranks:
Captain - Leader of Mountain Aegis
Sergeant - Second in command
Seasoned - Veteran of the band
Defender - a regular fighter and soldier
Mountaineer - scouts and riflemen
Scholar - the wise and casters of the Aegis
Recruit - newly joined member

Some OOC rules:

• no trolling and harrasing
• no ERP
• be nice OOC
• don’t bring dwarves from other games and genres into WoW

That would be it. The guild is very fresh and right now and I am the only member. I am going to take it easy and take my time while organizing it all.

The notice was tacked to the bulletin board at the entrance to the barracks in Ironforge, finding its place near other bounties and wanted posters.

Mountain Aegis is looking for strong and ambitious dwarves to join its fledgling ranks. Any Bronzebeard who believe they have what it takes to become an elite soldier will be rigorously tested before he can become a full-fledged member.

A little update on the guild. We’ve added the rank of Mountaineer for rangers, scouts and trackers of Mountain Aegis.
