As the title suggests, the weapon embellishment called Bronzed Grip Wrappings (caster/healer proc) has a severely bugged RPPM. The data suggests it should be [4+haste] while in practice it is just under 0,5 (barely 1 proc per 2 minutes).
Please fix it!
