I always thought of it as some sounds santa make and not the other possible interpretation, well, till this change was shown on wowhead.
Imagine spending time looking for “faults” nobody cares about. 
I doubt anyone was ever offended (or hurt) by this achievement. I’ve never seen it mentioned on the forums before ever.
Just some over zealous tidying up of some rather crass puns by someone.
Saying it I do find it peculiar that some snowflakes are hurt by its removal though. It’s hardly the funniest pun in the world. I imagine that had it not been announced somewhere that it would have take five years before someone noticed its renaming…

Tbh i dont get it why they changed the names of those achivs in particular. Like seriously.
On the other hand its pretty much on the bottom of my prio list to complain about. If its even there to begin with.
Now the Garrosh line removal…thats a thing i could rant on for days.
