i guess flagellation build to try oneshot, the build is not played tho and people dont hit evises that big outside of that build.

Its definitely happening recently my friend got hit by a 5 mil shadow evis from the tier set this morning in 2s.
Yea definitely someone abusing a bug. Shadow evis hits for absolutely nothing and is like 2-3% of total damage on details.
