Brutal Gladiator Achievement Mount no longer on my mage after her name was changed. It is the original character that was rewarded the achievement and mount. It is not present and the character has not been moved.
I have tried reporting this bug through the bug report system and I have talked to numerous GM’s and they are all deeply sorry that this has happened but they can’t restore the mount for her. They have verified all the information is correct but told me I need to make a post on the forums to attempt to solve this issue.
