Just a general question if the Brutosaur cost will be lowered, as i believe 5 mil is too much and tbh i don’t have a spare 5mil XD

It won’t be lowered and Brutosaur mount will be removed from obtaining in Shadowlands so you better hurry if you want it so bad, bad info, i know.

I doubt they gonna lower the price bcoz that will piss off many people who bought with 5mil.
But seriously who decided to make 5mil price was drunk or on drugs. Many BFA mounts have insane price like 333333 or 5000000. Looks like when setting up mount price their keyboard key stuck and extra three numbers added behind actual value.

It may end up being cheaper for the first handful of people that buy it off the BMAH post-BfA, but it won’t take long after that until it’s back at 5M or above (permanently).
Like Necrofenix said, it’s primary purpose was as a gold sink. A status symbol with some unique quality of life features for people with more gold than desirable. It helps a little in narrowing the financial gap between (generally) long-time active players and newer players.
It is the idea of the mount to be too expensive. It is a gold sink to get old Legion-gold out of the game. Allthough if you go for it, it is of course doable to make 5M in Bfa too.
It’s a you problem I’m afraid. I don’t farm gold at all but anyone who cares for it has had already 4 months notice it was going away. Still doable if you’re really interested, else pass.
I don’t agree with gold sink crap.
How many people actually are gold capped or rich? I think it’s less than 10%?
And about legion total inflation gold can be equalize by booster community(pick any) few months income.

I played 1 char in legion, because i started in legion. I bought my flasks and stuff. i raided and a lot of M+. did my daily emissaries and missionboard and had almost 2M gold at the end of legion.
Now what if i only had some more chars where i would have played the missionboard.
you could make like 20k gold with missionboard depending on how many chars a day

i ended legion with 7M with only 4 chars, i started devoting more into it when they anounced longboy.
even changed some of the alts to alchemy to abuse the free potions of prolonged power from bloods of sargeras
mission table in legion wasnt that big source of gold, shards in broken shore, argus sargerite and bloods were.
got to argus, do a daily or 2, buy a gem, send to main, 1-2k gold
blood of sargeras each gave 10potions, 10-20g each potion, so a daily that gave 5 bloods would net me 500-1k gold per character, and u only needed lvl1 alchemy on that char
1k gold here, 1k gold there… gold start to pile up quickly without u noticing
do the command center to get 7500 shards and turn them into boe gear to send to a lvl1 disenchanter and then sell crystals in AH, free gold right there, now u can use pearls but not as in quantity
much like now, alchemy is a big source on fast easy safe income
Legion was different thing. I abused mission table with 10+ alts. Still I have 100+ blood of Sargeras on each alts and 500+ potions of prolong power on many alts.
Point is do we really need 5mil mounts in game? What about players who started in BFA? Even if dev add one more zero and make it 50mil still people will go for it.

How can I get this mount without boosting, selling tokens, playing AH or being a complete no-life who farms old raids on multiple characters each week?

Haha true that, whenever i’m feeling rich due to good farm and/or drops i’m starting to waste money on fastest flying on alts, mounts - buy and forget and things like that, ending with 5k gold, feeling like one of those guys with a bag on a stick from westfall 
now? no clue
at the start of expantion? get a main with enchanting and herbalism with an alt with alchemy. easy gold while playing the game running around
