Buff customizing addon for character plates

Does anyone know if there is some addon that I can use to customize what buffs and debuffs are being shown on character portraits (or however it is called), and their sizes ? So not the nameplates…

Buff/debuff icons are too small, also I would like to customize it, so that only the ones that I care about are being shown.

Try “Easy Frames”, they are pretty customizable. Still look similar to the blizz frames, but alot nicer.
