I was trying to rebuff someone whose buff had the exact same tooltip as my own buff yet it said “already more powerful” so I couldn’t rebuff. Blizzard, come on, why is your game literally riddled with annoying low-level bugs of all sorts, this is just inconceivable.
Well, some classes can have improved buff. For example I cant buff as a feral/ feral tank sometimes, because I do not have improved mark of the wild. Same with priests and improved power word fortitude.
Yes, that is precisely the point: The tooltip did not reflect the improved buff, that is the (display) bug I was referring to.
