it wont ever drop the chances are just so insanely randomly low that its not worth bothering.
run grim batol as it was any other instance and it might drop. dont farm it.
i have ran this instance on 4 chars what i think is close to 40 times now. never seen a single one drop, not even for other players, nor have i seen it in vault.
