Buff their overhealing, you mean? That is the problem with healers. They all should have enough healing for the situation. You can buff healing, but it is only overhealing.
if you want to talk healer damage, then they need a whole different chart.
I have no idea where the current chart is coming from, and what data it is using 
But it is true mistweaver can use a bit extra on the damage department.
MW don’t need a healing buff, but by comparison to other healers in higher keys, they don’t contribute enough damage. From what I am told some RS and HPriests can get up to 8k damage in a high key whereas a MW can contribute between 2.5 - 4k. As a MW I get a lot of flack in pugs about my damage contribution (yes I am grown up enough to ignore the comments) but it does make you think why the devs don’t or did not attend to the issue when tier sets where announced. Especially considering MW’s and non MW alike were asking for a dps buff and not a healing buff.

because some classes has lower damage than others, they need to overcome it with other spells they have. and monks of all specs have these type of spells.
I am playing mistweaver as alt, but i might have missed those spells. Can you enlighten me?
