Buff Obliterate and nerf Frost strike/Winter

Yes, but Frost Strike hits like a wet noodle, so I don’t see the point in nerfing it. It feels as if it just exists to dump Runic Power and activate the Runic Corruption. The damage part is a total joke.

Want buff Frost Strike by 150%.

Like it was before indeed, before Legion.

No you cant if you fight a Monk or Warrior. They will disarm you every go if theyre not braindead. Which makes you useless.

Change the whole formula instead of nerfing. And some big changes to spec. Mastery remastered. Razorice rune removed. Howling Blast and Rime removed. Whole talent tree revamped.

Obliterate deals 100% attack power damage (+20% rank 2) and generates 25 Runic Power ( 2 rune cost)

Frost Strike deals 75% attack power damage (+20% rank 2) and gives you Icy Talons

Remorseless Winter deals (10*20% of attack power) and apply Frost Fever to the targets a reduces their movement speed by 50% and after hitting the same target 5 times it roots him to the 3 seconds.

Might of The Frozen Wastes: While wielding 2 handed weapon you gain Murderous Efficiency. Increases your obliterate damage by 50% and your Killing Machine causes your Obliterate to be a critical strike.

Threat of Thassarian: Dual Wielding gives you Runic Attenuation. Causes your Frost Strike to deal damage also with offhand and your Killing Machine causes your Frost Strike to be a critical strike.

Rune Strike deals 60% of attack power damage and gives you a Killing Machine effect (1 rune 6 seconds cd)
[Obliteration renamed to Murderous Machine talent during Pillar of Frost your Rune Strike cost no rune and has no cooldown]

Frostscythe deals 50% of attack power damage to 5 targets in front of you as a frost damage and extends duration of Remorseless Winter by 2 seconds (50 runic power cost)

Frostwyrm Fury: Summons a Frost Wyrm who breathes targets in front of you dealing 150% of attack power frost damage (2 minute cooldown decreased by 3 seconds every time you consume killing machine, 100 runic power cost)
[Breath of Sindragosa: your Frost Wyrm now also apply Chilled debuff to the targets, causing melee swings to deal frost damage to them for 10 seconds)

They could buff Killing Machine instead? I don’t mean the proc rate (though that would be nice) but the lethality of each buffed Obliterate.

Some sort of additional damage against slowed and rooted players would be nice, perhaps instead of Chill Streak?

Chill Streak is a very good pve ability in pvp talents.

If it was one of our later point talents for Frost, and perhaps if it counted the Death Knight who casted it as a potential bounce target, would that be good?

No, because it can be countered by for example walking 2 steps away. The 6 yards range for this ability is too low and using it properly requires pure Luck or stun both targets. Maybe if it would root targets for 1 second instead of 70% movement debuff it would be good, but atm its design and nature is more pve than pvp.

But again, what about allowing the ability to bounce off of you after it strikes a target. So you could still use it 1v1 as long as you make use of your slows and roots outside of the ability to keep the target within range of you?
